Your data
You start by giving us nothing. Every step after that is yours.
What we read, what we keep, and what we never do.
The six commitments
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
What do you need for the first conversation?
Nothing. It runs on talk alone.
We ask how your week runs. We don't look at your systems or your mail.
Can I show you a sample first?
Yes, and you choose what's in it.
A week of supplier emails, a few onboarding packets, last year's client letters. We use it to show what an output would look like.
What access do you ask for if we go ahead?
Read-only, and only what the work needs.
For a late-order warning, that's purchasing and its inbox. For a paperwork check, it's your forms and the shared inbox.
What does read-only mean in practice?
It can look. It can't act.
It can't send, reply, delete or move a thing. Where a draft helps, it leaves the draft for a person.
Can we switch it off?
Yes, on any day, without asking us.
Removing access stops everything at once.
What does “a person approves” mean?
A named person decides, every time.
Nothing we build sends a message, changes a record or pays a bill by itself. It prepares the work and puts it in front of someone on your team.
If they do nothing, nothing happens.
What happens to our data when the work ends?
We delete it.
We keep what the work needs and nothing more. When the work ends, it's deleted. Ask sooner, and it goes sooner.
What if I have another question?
Ask it in the first conversation.
We'd rather you ask than wonder.
Can we talk it through?
Yes. Start with a first conversation.
It's free, takes about an hour and needs no access.
A person writes back, usually within one working day.
